original condition to the original purchaser only, for normal
use and service for seven years from the date of purchase,
against defects in materials in workmanship. Only Century
Livestock Feeders, Inc. is authorized to make any
representation to the purchaser concerning the normal use and
service for its products as described in this on-line
brochure, or in authorized printed materials or stickers
affixed to a product.

from course of dealing or trade usage.

any person is an unauthorized misuse of the product, resulting
in the limited express warranty being void and thereby
releasing Century Livestock Feeders, Inc. from any and all
liability for injury or damages resulting from any use of the
product.

injury or damages is limited to repair or replacement, or
payment of the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, at
Century Livestock Feeders, Inc's sole discretion F.O.B.
Shidler, Oklahoma. Century Livestock Feeders, Inc. shall not
be liable in any event for consequential or other special
damages under any theory of strict liability or negligence,
except as expressly required by
law.
